津湾国际货代公司前身为天津泰达海通船务有限公司（原天津民安船务有限公司，成立于1996年）。公司代理货类涉及原油、燃料油、成品油、化工品、基础油、沥青、植物油以及液化气等30多种产品；与中石化，中石油，中航油、中化国际石油等多家国有企业，大型地方炼厂以及招商局南京油运、中航油海鑫航运、南京盛航海运、上海中船重工等多家船公司建立了长期、稳定的业务关系；25年来，散液业务代理量年年稳居天津港之首；与港口各职能部门保持着良好的合作，并在曹妃甸设立分公司。

津湾国际船代公司前身为天津民安国际船舶代理有限公司（成立于2002年），主营油轮和液化船舶代理，代理业务覆盖天津所有液货泊位。原油、成品油和液体化工品的国际船舶代理业务居天津港之首。
